Ham Mushroom Pizza

This thin crust pizza recipe doesn’t skimp on the toppings, offering your customers a meaty bite of ham, bacon and mushrooms.

Ingredients

11 ounces ready-made pizza dough

1/3 cup of precooked bacon topping

1/3 cup of diced ham

2 teaspoons yellow cornmeal

1 tablespoon olive oil

8 ounces sliced cremini mushrooms

¼ cup of pickled jalapeños

Red pepper flakes, to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Step 2

Gently spread pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Transfer to a a large baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal

Step 3

Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, bacon, diced ham and jalapeños, leaving a ¼-inch border.

Step 4

Bake pizza at 425° for 15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes to taste.
