Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
Roll out pastry into 12-x-10-inch rectangle. Cut into 12 even strips; brush strips with mustard.
Step 3
Cut each hot dog in half. Wrap each hot dog in a piece of puff pastry, pinching to seal. Arrange on the prepared baking tray, sealed side down.
Step 4
Brush with egg wash; sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until pastry is golden and flaky.
Step 5
Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chives, dill, garlic, salt and pepper. Serve with sausages for dipping.
Tips
Substitute sausage for hot dogs, if preferred.
Substitute pizza dough for puff pastry, if preferred.
