Step 1
Slice rolls in half.
Step 2
On one half of each roll, spread a heaping tablespoon of refried beans
Step 3
On other half of each roll, mash ¼ of avocado.
Step 4
Top avocado with 2 – 3 slices of ham, a slice of queso fresco, a slice of tomato and a few slices of onion. Add pickled jalapeños and/or salt, if desired.
